Coordinated by Pat N, the Sunday Morning Coffee Ministry has helped create a time of meeting and socializing for the congregation in a relaxed and social atmosphere, allowing them to get to know new folks and members alike.
Each Sunday, a team of two volunteers prepares tea, coffee and goodies in the kitchen before the service, serves the guests in the hall after the service and then tidies up afterwards. Generally speaking, the commitment has been about once in eight to ten weeks.
On other occasions (special visitors, celebrations, community dinners, meetings) some of our members have joined together to help provide catering as they are able.
